A project of drafting a PCS goes through the following phases:

2-Evaluation of positions and functions (ranking)
3-wage Research (statistics and reports)
Table 4-Preparation of Salary
5-Remuneration Policy
6-Enquadramentos/análise cost
7-Implementação/comunicação.
